Bosses to each Mob Family and assign and re-assign community members to
Mob Families every 2 months. B. Mob Family Bosses – Appointed by Mob

its members at the beginning of each Mob Family term, and each tFGN will
last at least 1 full hour.
Section III. – Implementation
A.
Our community will split up into individual Mob Families, consisting of
an appointed Mob Boss, and a member from each of our competitive
divisions, one friend of the family member, as well as a casual gamer.
The Mob Boss will be in charge of making sure his/her Mob Family is
active on the forums, as well as taking part in the Family Game Night.
There will be individual forums for each Mob Family to do as they so
choose, whether it be joking around, talking about what they want to
play for tFGN, or just everyday questions. Each Mob family will be
broken up and reassigned every two months, with a new and different Mob
Boss put in place, giving everyone in our community an opportunity to
step up and be a leader, as well as the ability to get to know new
people in our community.
B. Each week there will be a designated
the Family Game Night for each Mob Family to get together and play with
one another. The only requirement is for each tFGN is that each member
be available online, and get together with their fellow Mob Family
members in an XBox Live party and spend tFGN together regardless of what
game they choose to play. This will allow for the community to keep
accurate records of who is active in the community on an off the forums.
Section IV. – Expectations, and Punishment
A. Each member of a Mob Family is expected to attend their family’s tFGN or take part in tFGN discussion each week. B. The Mob Family Boss will take attendance each week for tFGN and record it in their family’s section on the forums. C.
A Mob Family Member can only miss 1 tFGN every 3 weeks without
notifying either his/her Mob Family Boss via Live or other format, or
posting it in their family’s section on the forums. D. Missing more
than 1 tFGN consecutively without notification will result in member
being removed from their Mob Family and being moved into the MIA group
on the forums. A member moved to MIA can return from MIA after posting
in the MIA section of the forums that they have returned to active
membership and will then be reassigned to a MOB Family.
Section V. – Mob Family Names
A. Bonanno Mob Family B. Colombo Mob Family C. Gambino Mob Family D. Genovese Mob Family E. Lucchese Mob Family
Additional Mob Families will be added as membership increases. These are the base 5 from which all other Mob Families stem.
